At Drapioo, we provide transparent, fair, and customizable pricing for all custom-made window treatments. Our prices are determined based on size, fabric selection, lining options, header style, accessory customization, and selected shipping method.

1. Pricing Principles

Base Price

Each product listing may display a starting price, such as “From $XX.XX”. This represents the minimum available configuration, usually based on the smallest size, standard fabric, and basic lining or no lining, depending on the product.

Final Price

The final order price depends on the options selected by the customer, including width, height, fabric category, lining type, header style, accessories, and any additional customization.

Customers can preview the total price in real time before checkout. The final amount shown at checkout is the price the customer pays, unless an obvious technical or pricing error occurs.

2. How Prices Are Calculated

Example

A curtain priced “From $129” for a smaller standard configuration may increase to $199 or more when a larger size, premium fabric, blackout lining, or additional accessories are selected.

3. What Is Included in the Price

Every Drapioo order may include, depending on the product purchased:

• Custom cutting and tailoring based on selected measurements

• Professional hemming and finishing

• Quality control inspection

• Secure packaging for shipping

• Product care information and installation guidance where applicable

4. Free Services

We may offer the following services at no additional product cost, depending on current promotions and product availability:

• Free or low-cost fabric swatches, where available

• Measuring guides or installation guidance

• Email support to help customers choose suitable styles, fabrics, and product options

Availability of free services may vary by product, region, promotion, and inventory status.

5. Promotions & Discounts

All available discounts are displayed on the product page, cart page, or checkout page where applicable.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Promotions cannot be combined with other offers.

• Coupon codes must be entered before payment to apply successfully.

• Discounts cannot usually be applied retroactively after an order has been placed.

• Drapioo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel promotions at any time.

6. Custom Quotations

If your window dimensions, product configuration, or customization request is not listed on the product page, please contact us at info@drapioo.com for a custom quotation.

Custom quotations may include estimated product cost, production time, and shipping options. Unless otherwise stated, quotes remain valid for 14 days.

7. Payment Methods

We may accept the following payment methods, depending on checkout availability:

Payment Terms

Standard Orders: Full payment is required at the time of order placement. Custom products will begin production only after payment is confirmed.

Drapioo does not store complete card details on its own servers. Payment information is processed securely by authorized payment gateways and payment providers.

9. Taxes, Duties & Additional Fees

Sales Tax

Sales tax, if applicable, will be calculated and applied at checkout based on the shipping address and applicable tax regulations. Tax rates may vary by state, country, or region.

Import Duties

For international orders, import duties, customs fees, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges may apply depending on the destination country or region.

Where applicable, such charges may be shown at checkout or may be collected by local customs authorities or carriers upon delivery.

No Hidden Fees

The price shown at checkout is the order price payable through our website. We do not add undisclosed processing fees, handling fees, or surprise charges after purchase. However, customs duties, import taxes, or local fees required by destination authorities may still apply where relevant.

10. Currency & Pricing Display

All prices are primarily shown in USD, United States Dollars, unless another currency is displayed on the website.

International customers may see converted prices based on location, browser settings, or store settings. Final charges may be processed in USD or another displayed checkout currency, depending on the payment provider and checkout configuration.

Currency conversion rates are handled by the payment provider, card issuer, or applicable checkout system. Additional currency conversion fees may be charged by the customer’s bank or card issuer.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping: 15–25 business days, excluding processing time.

Expedited Shipping: 9–14 business days, excluding processing time.

Processing time is additional and may vary depending on the product, customization requirements, production schedule, and peak-season conditions.

12. Price Accuracy & Updates

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of pricing, product information, product options, and availability.

In the event of an obvious pricing error, technical issue, or incorrect product configuration, such as a price displayed as $0.00 by mistake, Drapioo reserves the right to correct the error and contact the customer before processing the order.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to factors such as material costs, labor costs, exchange rates, carrier costs, supplier adjustments, or operational changes. However, once an order has been placed and accepted, the confirmed order price will not change unless the customer requests changes to the order.

13. Refund Policy

Because many Drapioo products are custom-made according to customer specifications, refunds for change of mind are generally not available for custom or made-to-measure products.
