Summary

We ship from China to the United States. Delivery time = processing time (making + packing) + shipping time (carrier transit). Most orders, approximately 95%, arrive within the time windows below. For guaranteed-by-date delivery or rush needs, please contact info@drapioo.com before placing your order.

Note: Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary depending on customs clearance, carrier delays, or peak-season logistics. Customers will be notified by email if any significant delay occurs. Production or shipping delays caused by force majeure events, such as weather, customs inspections, or public holidays, are outside our control.

2. Processing Time vs. Shipping Time

Processing time means order making, quality check, and packing. The usual processing time is 3–5 business days in ordinary periods. Holiday peak periods, such as Chinese New Year or major holidays, may extend processing to 10–15 business days.

Shipping time means carrier transit time. Shipping time depends on the product and the selected shipping method.

• Standard Shipping: 15–25 business days, excluding processing time.

• Express Shipping: 9–14 business days, excluding processing time.

Total time = Processing time + Shipping time.

Example: A custom curtain with 3–5 business days of processing plus 15–25 business days of Standard Shipping has a typical total delivery time of 18–30 business days.

Example: A custom curtain with 3–5 business days of processing plus 9–14 business days of Express Shipping has a typical total delivery time of 12–19 business days.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after 6:00 PM local time or on non-business days will be processed the next business day.

4. Product Lead Times

These are typical lead-time ranges from fulfillment. Processing time is additional unless otherwise stated.

Fabric Swatches: 9–14 business days, shipped via DHL, USPS, FedEx, SF, or another applicable carrier. No signature is usually required.

Sample Booklets: North America orders usually arrive within 10–15 business days. Shipping time may vary.

Ready-made & Custom Curtains / Drapes: Standard Shipping usually takes 15–25 business days. Express Shipping usually takes 9–14 business days. Some custom styles or peak-season orders may take longer. Door-to-door service is provided, and signature may be required.

Blinds & Shades: Shipped via DHL Express, FedEx, UPS, or another applicable carrier. Lead times by style:

• Bamboo Shades: selected styles usually take 9–14 business days with Express Shipping, or 15–25 business days with Standard Shipping.

• Roman Shades: plain styles usually take 9–14 business days with Express Shipping, or 15–25 business days with Standard Shipping.

• Roller / Zebra / Cellular Shades: usually 9–14 business days with Express Shipping, or 15–25 business days with Standard Shipping.

• Venetian Blinds: usually 9–14 business days with Express Shipping, or 15–25 business days with Standard Shipping.

Express / Rush: When available, Express Shipping shortens carrier transit time. Processing time still applies and may not be shortened for highly customized items.

Please note: During high-demand seasons or public holidays, production and shipping times may be extended by up to 10–15 additional business days. Updates will be communicated by email.

5. Shipping Fees

All shipping fees and thresholds are calculated at checkout and shown before payment confirmation. No hidden fees are charged after checkout unless required by destination customs authorities.

Standard Shipping: 15–25 business days. Fees, if any, are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Express Shipping: 9–14 business days. Express Shipping may be free for eligible products or promotions. The exact cost will be shown at checkout.

Curtains, Drapes, Blinds, Shades and Hardware: Shipping fees depend on destination, package size, package weight, selected shipping method, and active promotions. The exact cost will be shown at checkout.

Fabric Swatches: $0. Only the shipping fee needs to be paid where applicable.
